The New York City St. Patrick’s Day parade has been marching since 1762 – and is one of the city’s oldest and proudest Irish traditions. Over 1 million spectators can’t be wrong – Erin Go Bragh!
The Parade takes place on Saturday March 17, 2018 at 11am with more than 150,000 marchers, bands and bagpipes and can be viewed an be viewed along 5th Avenue between 44th Street and 79th Street
The New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade marched for the first time more than 250 years ago, on March 17, 1762 - fourteen years before the Declaration of Independence and is run completely by volunteers.
